The Festival will be held on the Mount’s Doheny Campus and will include a masterclass by MacArthur Genius Rhiannon Giddens, as well as performances of Balinese, Chicana, Iranian and Japanese music, and presentations about musical activism, music in black America, music and healthcare, and music and the brain.

The Festival will conclude with a ticketed evening concert by Grammy-winner Rhiannon Giddens at the nearby First AME Zion Church.
